How it works.
It begins with us at Painted Paws
Your pet's image is digitally hand illustrated by our graphic designer and turned into a work of art.
- Creating the art takes between 1-3 business days, depending on the volume of work.
- The option to move to the front of the line is available.
Printing your order
All orders are individually made, from start to finish, there is no mass production.
- Once complete the illustration is turned over to the Printing Company.
- Their turn around time is 2-4 business days, depending on their volume of work.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on your location.
- Generally, items delivered to the contiguous US is within 5-7 business days.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US territories can take an additional 7-12 business days.
The Printing Company
Sustainability is part of the company's ethics. Products ship in eco-friendly packaging, appropriately sized, water-resistant, recyclable and 100% biodegradable.
- The device cases are sourced from Korea.
- The casees are printed in the US.
- European orders are printed in England and Italy.
Return Policy
