The best photos are ~ Close up ~ Pet facing the camera or slightly turned ~ Good natural light - In focus. You want the whole face, ears & neck clearly visible.

Here's why: Laying down, the neck is hidden ~Part of the dog's face is hidden by the woman ~ Angle from above cause distortion ~ The swimmer is cute, but once the water is removed it will look odd.

The face is too dark so we can't see the eyes ~ Toy hides the neck and part of the face ~ Multiple pets require two separate photo as we want to see the entire face, ears & neck.
